Vive la Chaîne!

The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is the world’s oldest and largest international association of gastronomy with 25,000 members in nearly 80 countries. In the U.S. there are over 7,000 members in over 145 local chapters (bailliages).

La Bailliage de Denver Mile High was founded in 1979, making it one of the oldest Bailliages in the United States. Our membership is comprised of professional and non-professional members along the Colorado Front Range from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs, from Denver to Boulder and everywhere in between. We provide unique and exclusive culinary experiences showcasing Denver and the Front Range’s booming culinary scene. The Mile High Bailliage organizes four dinners annually, including our annual Black Tie Induction dinner and our philanthropy-focused Competition and Scholarship dinner. Our goal is to create an exceptional gastronomic experience accompanied by fine wines, while at the same time creating an ambiance of camaraderie and fun and, where possible, furthering the education of the members in the culinary arts.
